It is hot!

Okay, yesterday's workout:
  • Leslie Sansone's 3 Fat-burning miles with 3 lb. weights
  • dumbbell curls - 3x15 (14 lbs)
  • dumbbell rows - 3x15 (14 lbs)
  • barbell curl - 4x15 (20 lbs)
  • bent over barbell row - 4x15 (20lbs)
  • seated triceps press - 3x15 (14 lbs)
  • 30 crunches
  • 60 oblique crunches
  • 50 chest flyes with 6 lb weights
Felt great!

Now to make myself add my kettlebells and leg routine!
