Okay, yesterday's workout:
- Leslie Sansone's 3 Fat-burning miles with 3 lb. weights
- dumbbell curls - 3x15 (14 lbs)
- dumbbell rows - 3x15 (14 lbs)
- barbell curl - 4x15 (20 lbs)
- bent over barbell row - 4x15 (20lbs)
- seated triceps press - 3x15 (14 lbs)
- 30 crunches
- 60 oblique crunches
- 50 chest flyes with 6 lb weights
Now to make myself add my kettlebells and leg routine!
